Sausages and puff pastry mummies
Ingredients: sausages (as many as mummies you want to do), puff pastry, ketchup or mayonnaise sauce.
Take the puff pastry and cut it in strips of 1 cm/1.5 cm (a bit less than 1 inch). Take the sausage and wrap it with the puff pastry strip, leaving a small area for the face.
Once it has been cooked in the oven (200º C , for 15 minutes), make the eyes using ketchup or mayonnaise, (it’s up to you giving them a reddish or watery appearance to the eyes; anyway, the important thing is that the momias de salchicha y hojaldre (sausage and puff pastry mummies) are terrific!!
